Shawn Cashmark

Shawn has over 25 years of executive and management experience in the office imaging, automation, and business services industries. He has broad experience in sales management, business restructuring, product development, and growth strategies.

After service in the United States Army, Mr. Cashmark started his career in jewelry and quickly became known to have the ability to see the challenges in a problem store and create an action plan to fix it by implementing sales processes and sales training.

Spending 10 years in the consumer sales industries he later moved into B to B sales in the IT industries quickly, and reluctantly, moving into an executive role. In 2001 he moved into the imaging world with Sam Pulino and Pinnacle Document Systems which was later acquired by Sharp Business Systems, where he first met Ed McLaughlin. Mr. Cashmark’s role moved into CRM and MPS training, traveling to the many newly acquired SBS offices to facilitate transitions to new CRMs and sales methodologies.

After spending 7 years with SBS, in 2009 Mr. Cashmark took over the role of VP of Sales with Compass Sales Solutions before branching out to co-found Cashmark Consulting Group. Specializing in MPS sales training, executive business consulting, and software implementation for the imaging industry, Mr. Cashmark has worked with dozens of businesses in the USA and EMEA to implement executive management and sales strategies to take companies to streamline sales and business.

Cashmark Consulting Group has worked with several software companies to bring their solutions to market in both the USA and Europe.

Edward McLaughlin

Ed has over 50 years of executive and management experience in the office imaging, automation, and business services industries. He has broad experience in operations, turn around situations, product development, and supply chain simplification. He has led the strategic selection and execution of numerous successful mergers and acquisitions paying special attention to selecting complementary and synergistic business cultures.

After four years of service in the US Air Force, Mr. McLaughlin began his career with Sperry Rand Corporation, Univac Division, where he was an accountant with the International Davison controllers department. He later held many sales, managerial and executive positions with companies such as 3M, Canon, Ricoh, and concluding his corporate experience as President of Sharp Electronics Corp.

He serves on numerous boards and has been Chair to the Audit committee of Sharp Electronics Corp.

Mr. McLaughlin is a graduate of LaSalle University, Philadelphia, PA, and an alumni of IMD University Lusanne Switzerland. He has twice been Identified by industry associations as Executive of the Year and has been awarded two Lifetime Achievement awards.

Amber is a dedicated professional with a diverse background in customer service, social media management, marketing, and administration. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Education and Public Policy Studies, with a minor in Psychology, In addition to professional experience, Amber has been a military spouse for over a decade, which has taught her adaptability and resilience. She is also a proud mom to two girls and a dog lover with an adorable Goldendoodle named Kallie. She is passionate about staying organized, whether it’s managing social media accounts, handling customer inquiries, or keeping up with a busy family life. She thrives in both team settings and independently, always focused on achieving the best outcomes.

Gareth Ingamells

Gareth is a dedicated professional with a diverse background in customer support, reporting, and training. He has experience working for one of the largest European copier resellers in the United Kingdom, where he supported Insight software, and for EKM Global, focusing on support and reporting. At PI, Gareth has worked in a variety of roles, including helpdesk support, customer onboarding, reporting, training, and internal enhancements. Outside of work, he is a husband and father who enjoys hiking, as well as playing board games and video games.

Brittany Olgardt

A Navy veteran and military spouse for 13 years, Britt brings adaptability, reliability, and care to her work.
